결론부터 말씀드리면! 옳다고 보신 두 문장 중 하나만 올바른 문장입니다!

문장인데요. 계속적 용법으로 바뀌면서 문맥에 맞게 접속사 but을 쓰고, it은 a nice dress를 의미하는 것까지 완벽하게 표현되었네요.
나머지 네 문장들이 틀렸는데,
➀ My friend Linda, who is a chef, lives in Guam.
→ My friend Linda, and she is a chef, lives in Guam.
위 문장은 [ who ~ chef ]가 단순히 수식 용도로만 쓰여, 앞에 Linda를 꾸며주고 있어서,
만약에 접속사+대명사로 바꿔주게 된다면,
